What this website collects

Nothing directly. The site has no forms, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising tags.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address and browser of each visitor. We use them only to keep the site running and secure. The site is hosted by Webcentral on servers in Sydney, Australia. The logs are processed daily for traffic statistics, and archived logs are deleted at the end of the following month.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you tell us. We use them to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them and do not sell or share them for marketing.

Access, correction and complaints

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to complain about how we have handled it, email info@modelanswer.com.au. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
